Return Policy

Product returns

We will only accept returns within 7 days after arrival. Any damages resulting from abuse or abnormal use are not covered under our policy.

Return process

  1. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Please contact sales@charmsbeadsbeyond.com for the nearest warehouse address for items receiving.
  3. Please kindly provide us with the express and the return tracking number once available.You could send them to sales@charmsbeadsbeyond.com.
  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund (if applicable)

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with proof of the conditions of the items returned.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Sales Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
