Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched within 1-5 business days according to your preferred delivery option.The delivery option you choose at checkout will determine which postal company we will use to ship your order.

All tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as we have it available. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

In most cases it takes 5-12 days via international FedEx IP/DHL from China, and 10-18 days via 4PX ( which will be handled by local USPS service in US ).

Please ensure that you enter the correct contact information including shipping address and phone number when you check out. If the package could not be delivered successfully for incorrect information, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.

The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.

Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
